Pandemic Burnout: Caring for the Cancer Care Professionals

Burnout has always been prevalent in the medical setting. High stakes, high demands, and the ebb and flow of dealing with patients make it a challenging field. However, the pandemic has contributed to a larger wave of burnout in the medical field. Let’s discuss how burnout happens and how to address the traumas you experience in the field. We’ll also discuss how to incorporate self-care into your regular routine to decrease the likelihood of burnout.
